This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at Cosmopolitan Hotel.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Cosmopolitan Hotel cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Hotel information

A laundry and dry cleaning service are also available, the cost varies according to the items.

Room information

Disabled facilities: 2 rooms on the first floor of the hotel are completely accessible to wheelchairs.

Food & beverage

The bar is open from 17:00 - 23:00 each day. The coffee bar is open from 07:00 - 23:00 each day. A buffet breakfast is served each morning from 07:00 - 10:00.

Area information

A bike can be borrowed from the hotel, free of charge, to explore the surrounding area.

Travel information

By car: From the A1 Milan/Rome motorway and the A11 Florence/Pisa motorway: -Exit at Firenze Nord towards Florence. -Take the Viadotto dell'Indiano (viaduct). -Then take the first exit on the right, towards Via Francesco Baracca. -At the traffic lights, turn right onto Via Pratese. -Go past the first set of traffic lights, and you will find Cosmopolitan Hotel after 250 metres on the right. By train: From Santa Maria Novella train station, you may take a taxi or bus number 29, 30 or 35, which will bring you to Via Francesco Baracca, where the hotel is located at number 187. By air: Cosmopolitan Hotel is very close to Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport and may be reached in a few minutes by taxi.

Important information

Payment information: ID is required on check-in. The hotel does not accept cheques as a form of payment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before date of arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged with one night's room rate. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Children aged 0-10 years can stay for free when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults in an extra bed or cot (supplied free of charge). Children over the age of 10 years are required to pay a supplement of EUR 70 for an extra bed.

• Pets

Pets are not allowed.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

• Cancellation Policy

• Internet

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 6.50 per 24 hours. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.

• Extra

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

• Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

• Restaurant - Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

• Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day. Free Public parking is possible on site.
