This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at B&H City Residence.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in B&H City Residence cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

Making your reservation is easy and safe:
- Select your desired dates.
- Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
- Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Travel information By train: - The hotel is located opposite the Santa Maria Novella train station. From the A1 motorway (north): - Exit onto the A11 then turn onto Via Francesco Baracca. - Continue onto Via del Ponte alle Mosse then turn left onto Viale Fratelli Rosselli. - Take the 2nd right and continue onto Piazza Della Stazione, where you will find the hotel. From the A1 motorway (south): - Exit onto the SP127 then turn left onto Via Enrico De Nicola. - Continue onto Lungarno Also Moro then Lungarno del Tempio. - Turn right onto Viale della Giovine Italia. - Continue through the roundabout and at the 2nd piazza turn left onto Viale Spartaco Lavagnini. - Turn left onto Via di Santa Caterina d' Alessandria and continue straight until Piazza Della Stazione.

Cancellation policy Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the first night as penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy
