How to book

This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at Florence Business Hotel.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Florence Business Hotel cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Travel information

From A1 exit Firenze/Scandicci. Follow direction Scandicci, first roudabout turn left. From center of Florence and train station take bus n. 26.

• Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

• Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

• Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

• Extra

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

• Restaurant - Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

• Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

• Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site.
