This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at Holiday Inn Florence.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Holiday Inn Florence cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

6 fully-equipped meeting rooms are available, accommodating up to 120 people.

Food & beverage

The 150-seat restaurant serves authentic Tuscan dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the spacious hall you will find the American Bar (open from 15:00 to 24:00), where you can try some excellent cocktails. In the summer the pool terrace becomes alive in the evening: enjoy a candle-lit dinner or simply relax with a drink from the bar.

Cancellation policy

24 hours before the date of arrival. In the case of no-show or late cancellation the hotel will charge the cost of the first night of the stay The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

• Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

• Cancellation Policy

• Internet

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
