How to book

This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at UNA Hotel Vittoria.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in UNA Hotel Vittoria cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The hotel offers indoor parking spaces.

Cancellation policy

At least 24 hours before day of arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge the first night as penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

• Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

• Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

• Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

• Extra

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

• Restaurant - Breakfast

American breakfast is included in the room rate.

• Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

• Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 20.00 per day.
