This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at MSNSuites Palazzo Galletti.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in MSNSuites Palazzo Galletti cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation policy

Up to 8 days before check-in: no charge. From 7 days before check-in until check-in: 1 night No Show: 1 night in every three booked. In case of premature check out full payment is due. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Travel information

The Residenza d'Epoca Palazzo Galletti is situated in the heart of Florence's city centre, 50 metres away from the Piazza del Duomo and the famous S.Croce Church. From the railway station (Santa Maria Novella): By Taxi: You can find a taxi rank in front of the railway station. It will take 3 minutes to arrive. By Bus: The bus stops are in front of the railway station. All Buses that go to Piazza S. Marco (numbers 17, 11, 10 and 6) are ok. Stop in Via Martelli, turn right to Via de Pucci, then go straight ahead to Via S. Egidio, after the Ospedale S. Maria Nuova. You will find the hotel at number 12. Or take bus number 14 to the bus stop in Via del Proconsolo. Then turn back towards the Duomo and you will find Via dell'Oriuolo. At the end of the street turn left in Via S.Egidio. On Foot: Palazzo Galletti is situated about a 15 minute walk from S.M.Novella railway station. From the station walk in the direction of Piazza del Duomo, along via Cerretani. Walk across the Dome and you will find Via dell'Oriuolo. At the end of the street turn left into Via S.Egidio

• Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 5 to 12 years is charged EUR 30.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

• Cancellation Policy

• Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.
