How to book

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.We take the privacy of your personal data very serious. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. For more information, read Customer Care.
This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at Hotel Ritz.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Hotel Ritz cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Travel information

By car from the A1: - Exit for Firenze Sud and continue for 7 kilometres to the other side of the river. - Do not exit the street until the very end. At the red light turn left along the river. - Continue straight for about one kilometre and at the 2nd bridge turn right onto Viale Amendola. - Take the 1st left onto Viale Duca Degli Abruzzi, then turn left again onto Viale Giovine Italia. - Turn right along the river and after 200 metres you will find the Hotel Ritz entrance. From the train station: - You can get a taxi that will bring you to the hotel in 5 minutes. From the airport: - We suggest that you get a taxi which will take you to the hotel in 20 minutes.

Important information

For cacellations in less than 3 days before arrival day, or no-show we will charge 1 night.

Cancellation policy

3 days before date of arrival The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

• Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

• Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

• Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

• Extra

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

• Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

• Restaurant - Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

• Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
