How to book

This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at Golden Tulip Mirage.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Golden Tulip Mirage cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Room information

On the ground floor, there are 2 rooms equipped with complete access for disabled guests.

Food & beverage

Bar, room service and restaurant, seating up to 200 people with Italian style cuisine and with special attention to the Tuscany flavour.

Travel information

By car from the Firenze Nord exit: - Follow signs for Florence, then take the Viadotto dell'Indiano (viaduct). - Take the 1st exit on the right for Via Baracca. - Turn right for Via Pratese and continue past the 1st traffic lights. Hotel Tulip Inn Mirage is at the 2nd traffic lights on the right. From Santa Maria Novella train station: - You can take a taxi or a bus (number 29, 30 and 35) which will take you to Via Francesco Baracca, where the hotel is located. Hotel Mirage is very close the Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport, which can be reached in a few minutes by taxi.

Cancellation policy

24 hours before day of arrival. In the case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the first night as penalty. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

• Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

• Cancellation Policy

• Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

• Extra

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

• Restaurant - Breakfast

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

• Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

• Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site.
