How to book

This site will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at Adler Cavalieri.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in Adler Cavalieri cancellation policy (see "Cancellation Policy" below).

• Making your reservation is easy and safe:
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Select your desired room types (you can view the rooms descriptions and facilities by clicking on the room type).
  • Select your desired number of rooms. Then press the book now button.

Subsequently the reservation form appears and you have to confirm your booking. Immediately thereafter you will receive a printable, screen confirmation of your booking. Then, following your screen confirmation, you will receive an instant detailed email confirmation with all of the hotel's contact information and the pricing details.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Food & beverage

Free coffee is available at the reception from 24:00 to 07:00. Please note that breakfast includes food for celiac sufferers.

Travel information

From Santa Maria Novella railway station: - Exit the station on the right-hand side, cross the street and walk to the left. - At the first street, turn on the right and go straight up to Via della Scala. Distance: about 300 metres. From Amerigo Vespucci Airport: - 20 minutes by taxi or by bus to the railway station. By Car: - Follow the street signs to Florence centre/railway station. - Get into Via Jacopo da Diacceto until the big square of the railway station. - At the first traffic lights, turn right and at the second traffic lights, right again. Distance: about 4 km

Cancellation policy

72 hours before date of arrival. During fair and congress periods a special cancellation policy applies (always specified in hotel re-confirmation) The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

• Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

• Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

• Cancellation Policy

• Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

• Extra

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 31.00 per day.
