The villa was built in the end of the eighteenth century and has been recently restored, maintaining the fascinating atmosphere of the ancient college. The coffered ceiling, reconstituted marble flooring, mosaics and frescos constitute our hotels private collection and recreate an harmony of old times, without missing the most modern comfort of a prestigious luxury hotel.

Situated in a very convenient position, just outside the historical centre of Florence, in 10 minutes you can reach all the most important museum and monuments of the city, and just as easily the most exclusive and renowned shopping streets. The hotel is also a very wise choice for business travellers, being at a few meters from the fair and congress centre.

Travel / Location: by air From “G. Galilei” airport in Pisa: Take the train in the airport that leaves the station, every hour, to reach the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella. From the railway station we suggest to take a taxi. Lenght of the ride 10 minutes. From 'A. Vespucci” airport in Florence:we suggest the shuttle to the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella and then to take a taxi. Lenght of the ride 40 minutes. Alternatively you can take a taxi at the airport. Lenght of the ride 20 minutes. by train From the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella, Firenze Rifredi and Firenze Campo Marte: we suggest to take a taxi. Lenght of the ride 10-15 minutes. by car Regardless of the A1 highway exit (Firenze Certosa, Firenze Nord, Firenze Sud) follow directions to “viali di circonvallazione” (ring boulevards) then follow directions to Piazza della Libertà (Libertà Square). Once you get to the square take Via Lorenzo il Magnifico.
